does not work,no support,

only works one third of the time for me. i sent one fax successfully. the second failed and after 24 hours i tried to send it again and after a half an hour its still pending like the second one, of course i will be charged for both failed/or extremely late faxes. I have emailed support several times(no other means of communication available)and have gotten no response.SO IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT BUY THIS APP UNTIL IT BECOMES MORE RELIABLE.
I dont usually write reviews but this one is causing me a lot of problems.
