Pro- Price / Con -no option for Prefilled Name, Address, etc

It’s the best price package I can find. No Customer Support.. I also wish there was a way to save a cover sheet instead of typing my Name, Fax #, Email Address every time. Lastly, I wish there was a way to store frequently used fax numbers
