A few bugs that are really frustrating!

I have used this app quite a few times now. However, the last couple of times I have used it, there have been problems. I try to send a fax and sometimes the status doesn’t change from pending for a few days! I have sent the faxes again only to find out that the original faxes were received! This does not happen every time although the faxes were time sensitive documents and this is very frustrating! I emailed support and never received a reply! When this app works, it is great, but….. I just had it happen again and so I sent the documents again maybe they will receive them twice or….. The documents were sent to the same number as well (because you can only attach one file at a time) so I am not sure which one went through and had to send both of them again.
