Loaded this and then checked the prices on the website. I was disappointed. I wont pay actually 19.95$ to send 25 faxes... No way. Those prices are a ripoff from my point of view. APP is now deleted from my May. Same as the person who wrote the first feedback.

Used former version but now I cannot login to my account. No answer from customer support since June this year!! so, money gone…????

This is a great idea, but in your product description you should not be misleading and say upfront that there is a cost associated with this application. I like the concept and am willing to pay, but because of the misleading sell line, I took my business to another online fax company.

You HAVE to buy a package in order to send faxes - the app is free, but the service is NOT. The developer should make this clear.

Free to download but when you have to go to the website you have to pay to register

Great concept.. not so good in practice. Membership is required in order to use this app. And its expensive. Which is just plain silly. I uninstalled the app after 5 mins. Thank god the installation was free.

This App is very misleading, it claims it is free, however when you try to use it you have to buy a fax package of 25 faxes for $20, rip-off!!

I am new to this app, but I was not too happy to download a "free" app only to learn that in order to actually use it, you needed to purchase a package. I feel like that is false advertising and would never really be accepted in the real world of retail. Also, if I can send and receive a fax, how does that work exactly? Do I can people my email address or a number? Other than the above, I like how you can pay as you go instead of purchasing a monthly plan as a do not need to fax very often. Those are my thoughts on this app as of now.

Interface is easy to understand and the product works great. Wonderful if you do not have a fax machine and only need to use periodically. Pay as you need is more attractive than a monthly fee.

In some countries, faxes can be legal documents but email attachments are not: so the fax, which some of us thought might be obsolete, will live on for a while yet. This neat app lets you send a fax from your computer attached to the internet to any phone line number with an attached fax machine (or another computer pretending to be one). Caught with an unexpected and urgent fax to send and our office closed (and who can operate an old steam-powered fax any more?), this app was a godsend. The app is free, but sending a fax (which has to be switched from the internet to the phone lines system) understandably requires a charge as someone has to pay for the phone lines rental. The cost per fax is reasonable if you buy a package. The software works well. You set up the phone number you are faxing to, a note giving the reciptent, some flexible sender info, an optional cover sheet and then attach the PDF you want to fax (it will also send word, excel or tiff files). My urgent fax failed to send the first time, but went through successfuly a few hours later. The system tells you this very neatly, both on a panel in the fax software and by email. There might be a limit on the size of the PDF attachment: if so, maybe this could be noted in the user guide onscreen).

Faxes may be a bit outdated, and thats why I dont have a fax machine, but youd be surprised how many businesses use them. To be able to send a fax for this price is simply worth it. I do wish, though, that it could be a little cheaper. Oh well, it took me out of a bind. Thanks FaxDocument!

This app simply doesnt work. Its a waste of time and money. After trying to get it to work over and over again, Im uninstalling it. An absolute lemon!

hello everyone, when I saw this, of course, I was expecting to pay for the faxes that I would be sending! I compared the fees I had to pay (I dont have a company), + the gas because I had to drive a long way top send my faxes, and moreover, I have to send faxes all over the world. Now, comparing the efficiency, time consuming, gas, park meter ( $5) … well, from home, I can do a lot! Thanks

This app performs flawlessly and I continue to use it on a weekly business to send faxes, docs, pdfs. The interfsce is clear and well panned. My only issue stems not from the app but the developer: the app is free however you should be forthcoming and state that there is a user fee to use the application. I do not mind paying for a good app and this is a good app. However I do not appreciate being mislead on the costs to actually use the app.

I hate faxes! Thats why I got FaxDocument. Just type in the phone numbers and message, attach the document, and off it goes. No printing things out, no busy signals, its easy. I bought one of the fax packages from FaxDocument a while back, but forget to use it until I am really in need (usually the fax machine is busy or down). It has already been a life saver a few times.

I have used it several times, and I a m very happy.

FaxDocument is a good application. Its got a user-friendly interface and is quite intuitive to use. Great alternative to using a fax machine (I have one personal service provider that requires official paper copies or faxes only, and its nice to send them information electronically using this app).
