If you just need basic faxing, when email is not accepted, this is a great program. Don’t recommend it for heavy use.

I was able to instantly download it, and use it. The in app purchase was nothing compared to the benefit of me being able to effectively fax my documents from my macbook pro. I love this app. It was like a life saver.

The service hardly ever goes through on the first or second try. AND there is no option to “RE-SEND” you have to put your document and coversheet back together all over again. It’s a shame, but I’ll wait until I get to work to send a fax from now on. Save your $ and move on.

After learning how to use it, I have not had any problems using this app and it does everything it is supposed to do. It may not be the prettiest interface, but I always rate based on function first, thus the bad pun above. The rate schedule is better than the rate schedules of other fax programs I have used.

FaxDocument is easy to use, intuitive and helped me get rid of my huge multi function copier.

I downloaded this application on my previous computer and paid for 25 faxes, I used maybe 5 of them. With my new computer I downloaded this application and tried to fax a document and was told I have not faxes left, with the same account. Welcome Back it said when I logged back in… I paid for 25 and now I had to pay for 25 more to send this one fax.

Works great for the last 5 times.

I rarely fax but when I do, this app makes it incredibly easy. The only drawback is being limited to one document per fax, which means that you have to combine all pages into one pdf or Word file instead of being able to drop in several different documents. Still, far better than having to track down someplace with a fax machine to use!

Use at outpatient mental health practice. Confidential and secure. Works well and quickly!

FaxDocument not only works as advertised, it also sports a user-friendly interface. I am a high school teacher. I use FaxDocument to send lesson plans directly to my substitute teacher when I am absent. The read-receipt feature is especially helpful as I get immediate confirmation when the fax has been delivered.

Thia app to fax documents is wonderful. Simple and at a very reasonable cost.

Easy to use, inexpensive and just right for a person who needs FAX support only a few times per year. Couldn’t be happier.

only works one third of the time for me. i sent one fax successfully. the second failed and after 24 hours i tried to send it again and after a half an hour its still pending like the second one, of course i will be charged for both failed/or extremely late faxes. I have emailed support several times(no other means of communication available)and have gotten no response.SO IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT BUY THIS APP UNTIL IT BECOMES MORE RELIABLE. I dont usually write reviews but this one is causing me a lot of problems.

Application has been great since purchase. We only use it for emergency situation faxes. Since we do not have our own FAX machine, this App has been a life saver. Great!!

If you are like most people that I know and don’t have a landline / fax machine at home yet seldom need to send a fax you are very familiar with either borrowing the work fax or going down to the local brick and mortar store that charges $2 for the 1st page and $0.25 for additional pages. Well this app will fix that. The premise is very simple, you download the app, you purchase a fax bundle trough the app store in app purchases and you use your fax, no need to send a fax this month? No monthly charges, need to send a 25-page fax? No need to worry about the .25 cent per page cost that some big box stores charge. I sent two faxes yesterday a 2 pager and one that was 12 pages long with out any issues and in less than 5 minutes I had the ‘successful’ transmission showing on the log. The only draw back that I saw with the app is that I attempted to send a fax with two separate pages (pdf’s) and the system did not like that, however, with a very simple and free tool from the app store called PDF Merge Free I was able to join both files as one and in less than 5 minutes I had scanned, merged the files and faxed them to the waiting party

Good app. Easy to use. Great for the person who needs to send Faxes on occasion.
