Have tried buying more “fax packages” as the in-app purchase because none of my faxes were going through. There is no way to tell on the app where your credit is as far as the money you have given them and what is spent on the faxes, so you have to keep just throwing your money into the app with no idea how much you have spent sending faxes. Most of my faxes don’t go through. There has to be a better way than this.

You have to install it, then register and then you realize that you have to buy fax package to be able to fax. They should be clear about it and not hide that kind of info. I uninstalled it.

There are websites out there that offer this service for free, so using an App like this doesn’t make sense. How about allowing local faxes to be free and we start there...

Seems to work really well. I appreciate how user-friendly the app is. Only recommendation: it would be nice to have a copy of faxes sent.

I love this app. It is the greatest since sliced bread. It fits right in with what I do as it is not complicated to use.

Good App: I’ve used this app several times. Each time the faxes have gone through without a hitch. I would recommend this app to others. I found this app because my internal fax modem (USRobotics) is not working on my iMac so I needed an alternative.

You cannot send faxes for free. absolutely useless

Can not send fax in Italy (Italy-to-Italy). The support team sometime answer quickly, usualy after few days/weeks. I asked my money back on the beging of October…until today didnt got anything. I warmly suggest Apple to take off this application from the shop.

This app is NOT free and it does not allow sending faxes with more than one page. Also you cannot access fax numbers from your address book - you must re-type these each time. The app would also be improved by being able to access the coverpages you have previously prepared.

While the app tells you to check back in 5 minutes to verify your fax has been sent, what the app doesn’t tell you is there is a limit on the maximum file size to 8MB. So the app just tells you the file is pending, it’s pending, it’s pending…until you get tired of waiting.Too bad because at that point they’ve already got your money. When you contact their ‘support line’ they tell you all this information is on their website. Darn shame I didn’t read the fine print first. Save your money and find an app that’s a bit more upfront about their limitations

Needed to send an urgent fax yesterday. Spent my $19.99 to bank my account. “Sent the fax.” Next morning, I hear from the medical office: they did not receive my fax. I try to send it again, the account did not work! Sorry, login failed. I wrote to customer service. No response. I’m screwed. Would have been better to NOT have the app.

In the time of no land lines at home and only having cell phones…..this app is fantastic.

I use this to fax all of my paperwork off but have had issues on important days. overall still good for quick faxes

much simpler than running off to Office supply store . Very basic and has yet to fail me. Keeps it simple and that works for me!
