I have used this software and found it to be simple and straight to the point. Overall I lik eht software and would not change it expect the may be the cost. But formy uses I do not do a lot of faxing maybe 1-3 faxes a month, so this is perfect.

It’s the best price package I can find. No Customer Support. No History of fax sent though there is a button for it. I also wish there was a way to save a cover sheet instead of typing my Name, Fax #, Email Address every time. Lastly, I wish there was a way to store frequently used fax numbers

There are times when I’ve used this app and it has worked okay, other times it hasn’t. Like right now. I sent a fax 30 minutes ago. I would like to check Log to see if fax went through, but nothing appears in log. It is blank. I close the app and open it again. In fact, I can’t even go to Log. I click on it and nothing happens. The app is frozen. I’ve had same problem with app before.

I have used FaxDocument for just over a year now and continue to be very happy with the app and service.

I have never had a problem with this app until now. I cannot click on the log to see my faxes. It has prevented me from sending any faxes to my doctors office, even though i got a confirmation email. Fix the bug fix with the frozen log screen and i will change my rating.

Works great, no more running out to fax stuff!! Really quick too!

I would rate this app higher, but I really miss the log I use to have with eFax. I sent a fax with a fairly long cover letter that did not go through for some reason. There is no way to look at SENT faxes to copy and paste what I had written. I had to start over. This app should allow you to look at any previously sent faxes. That is my only complaint.

Works well and good with notifying me of incompleted faxes.

The program works, but only slightly better than the free services that I have used in the past. The interface does not tell you how much credit you have left in your purchase, so you will have faxes “fail” and not know if it was some sort of system error or that you need to purchase more credit. It very much feels like the company is trying to get you to purchase more by leaving you blind. Why do we have to fax anything in 2015???

This product works as promised! I very rarely ever have a problem or issue. I’m happy to see they added the account balance, or faxes remaining! Thank you for that!

This software has run flawlessly for me. I did not want a montly fee based app and this is TERRIFIC!!!! : )

Easy to use, works well. I’ve tried others, and I like this one. Easy to attach documents, and get email confirmation if desired.

Quick, easy, no fumbling.

It easy and quick to send a fax. All of my faxes have gone through without any problems.

You can’t see a copy of the fax you send out. So if you need to keep a copy you better take a screen shot before you hit the send button.

Ive had this app for over a year before actually using. Pricing for the fax packages disuaded my use until recently. The app did not limit my per page needs since I use PDFs and usually fax two plus pages. App works as advertised. Location doesnt matter. I highly recomend this app to everyone, but especially businesses who fax multiple pages and need reliability. The only drawback is I had to create a PDF that combined multiple files, as the app wouldnt allow me to add multiple PDF files.

I dont have a fax but this has helped me so many times! Just load the document, and it faxes.

Free? Yeah right!!! this is to make you install the app, then charge you $$ a ridicoulus amount of money to send fax, do not install, misleading, I can not understand how Itune allows this type of app.

I use this occasionally for personal use and find the app on my IMac to be extremely user friendly, and efficient. Never experienced a problem.
