Sometimes works, sometimes doesnt

There are times when I’ve used this app and it has worked okay, other times it hasn’t. Like right now. I sent a fax 30 minutes ago. I would like to check Log to see if fax went through, but nothing appears in log. It is blank. I close the app and open it again. In fact, I can’t even go to Log. I click on it and nothing happens. The app is frozen.

I’ve had same problem with app before.
