Still have to send an occasional fax? This app does the trick. Easy Peasy. Use it when you need it; forget about it for the rest of the time. Does exactly what it advertises.

Every now and then you need to send a fax, yes in this day and age, you STILL need to send a fax every now and then. Only problem is, this app makes you buy them in bundles. Other apps only make you pay each time you fax, and at $0.99 for every 5 pages it’s a steal if you’re really not sending but once in a blue moon. I got stuck with this app bc the other one kept crashing and I was in a bind. The problem with this app is that I bought the $19.99 package and they charged me for the more expensive one! When was the last time an app had customer service support?? >.> So I’m stuck with credits for 49 faxes. The other problem is that you can’t see a preview of what you’re sending just to make sure everything is ok, which other fax apps do. Other than that, faxes go through pretty quickly (of course depending on internet speed) and you can get an email or check your log to see if everything went thru ok. But I’d look elsewhere if you don’t intend to send too many faxes in your lifetime.

I wish i could recieve faxes and also a preview of the fax that was sent with the confirmation that it was received.

Love it, so glad I found it! Makes sending important stuff from home so much easier! My only complaint is that occassionally it sends the fax twice and I get charged for the second fax when I only sent it once!

This app is convenient, has sent documents succesfully, and has performed adequately.

I’ve had to fax more this year than ever when there were system upgrades and emails not being received in my clients accounting dept., this has been a very relieable source in making sure my documents are in hand, and reduced headache for my client and myself, a win/win. A good old fashioned fax in an app, very cool, has worked like a charm.

It was working fine but when I used it again some time later it stop working just after sending a fax. Support solutions are useless and the worst part is that some confidential documents were never received, the log file said always successful but some faxes were never received.

woks great and using it is very user friendly. It’s a nice clean app. I’ll keep using it.

I have been using FaxDocument for about a year now and I love it! It is very easy to use and gets the job done. I use it a few times a month and have no complaints!!

Highly recommend this app. However, occasionally it does fail to send for whatever reason. It works most of the time.

This app is simple to use and is always successful.

Worked fine then all it does is crash when I click the Log button to check status of fax. I emailed customer services 3 times and no response. I paid upfront too - so it has my money. Ugh

I use this occasionally for personal use and find the app on my IMac to be extremely user friendly, and efficient. Never experienced a problem.

There is no help available on the app or at the website I downloaded the app a while ago, and when I opened it, I checked to see what countries it worked in. No list. No exclusions. Then after I bought a package, I could not send to the country I needed to fax—Turkey. The list of countries available must be listed on the app, and there should be a help page. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

This is the easiest to use way of faxing I have found. I love it!!!!!

I have to say the program is getting better and more dependable. I have used it for a few years and at first I thought to cancel it, however, I would have been a mistake to do so. The faxes are more consistant and less problems are arising. So far this year. All my faxes have gone through without a hitch and I am quite pleased with the program. It beats having to go out to the economy and do so. Keep up the good work. Mr. A
