Convenient but troublesome

Every now and then you need to send a fax, yes in this day and age, you STILL need to send a fax every now and then. Only problem is, this app makes you buy them in bundles. Other apps only make you pay each time you fax, and at $0.99 for every 5 pages it’s a steal if you’re really not sending but once in a blue moon. I got stuck with this app bc the other one kept crashing and I was in a bind. The problem with this app is that I bought the $19.99 package and they charged me for the more expensive one! When was the last time an app had customer service support?? >.>

So I’m stuck with credits for 49 faxes. The other problem is that you can’t see a preview of what you’re sending just to make sure everything is ok, which other fax apps do.

Other than that, faxes go through pretty quickly (of course depending on internet speed) and you can get an email or check your log to see if everything went thru ok.

But I’d look elsewhere if you don’t intend to send too many faxes in your lifetime.
