Deceptive; no help; avoid!

There is no help available on the app or at the website

I downloaded the app a while ago, and when I opened it, I checked to see what countries it worked in. No list. No exclusions. Then after I bought a package, I could not send to the country I needed to fax—Turkey.

The list of countries available must be listed on the app, and there should be a help page.
I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
