Gets the job done - low tech, needs refinement

The program works, but only slightly better than the free services that I have used in the past.

The interface does not tell you how much credit you have left in your purchase, so you will have faxes “fail” and not know if it was some sort of system error or that you need to purchase more credit. It very much feels like the company is trying to get you to purchase more by leaving you blind.

Why do we have to fax anything in 2015???
