FaxDocument is an ideal solution for people who need to send occasional faxes. It is a pay-per-use tool that gives you a set of credits that do not expire over time. Very simple and reliable to use.

FaxDocument makes faxing via the cloud a breeze. Easy to pay for with in-app system, pretty reliable and a simple interface. Only one issue of late (which I have submitted to their support dept) is that since upgrading to Mavericks, the Sent Faxes don’t appear so one has no idea if it was completed successfully or not. Fortunately the email notification system provides a reliable backup. All in all a very nice faxing option for the Mac. Ravi

I really like the simplicity of this item. I dont spend a lot of time faxing, but it is great for those small jobs that you need done.

This program is easy to use and works well. I would highly recommend it.

Even will all the technology out there, the need to send material by fax is still a viable option hence the reason I purchased this application. I must say I dont use it that often and always forget how to do it but it is easy to use and has never failed me.

among other fax apps, i think this one is most outstanding. easy to use, user friendly. Great work! Thanks for making life easier for me.

If you’re like me (no longer have a fax-printer, rarely fax, but need it when you need it), look no further. Unlike other electronic fax services, there is no monthly subscription fee to pay. In addition, the cost per fax is much less than other services: a purchase of 25 (non-expiring) fax transmissions works out to a mere 80 cents per fax, regardless of page number. A no-brainer.

Just as my title says : if you’re like me, need to send fax 3 - 4 times a week, this is a nice app.

I installed this app a month ago and bought a fax package at $19,99. I followed the proper instructions to send a fax. It was never sent. After many attempts and all this time, it remains "pending". I have contacted tech support. Four days and counting, still no answer. I have been had. You can still avoid the trap. In my opinion, this app should be removed from the app store. Jai installé cette application il y a un mois et jai acheté un " fax package" (ce logiciel na même pas de traduction française) à 19,99 $. Jai ensuite bien suivi la procédure denvoi dun fax. Rien na été envoyé. Lenvoi est toujours "pending". Jai contacté le soutien technique. Quatre jours plus tard, toujours rien. Je me suis fait avoir. Vous pouvez encore éviter ce désagrément...

The app worked perfectly in sending my fax. Price per fax is very reasonable for occasional faxes. Only issue I had was when I purchased a package. I got an error and feared I was maybe going to get charged twice, but it doesn’t appear as though I did. All around, great app!!

FaxDocument is a simple, fast and reliable way to send faxes (with attachents!) almost anywhere in the world from your desktop. You buy a block of credits and it will debit your credit balance with each use. Credits do not expire, so it’s very convenient for those who only need to send faxes now and then (which these days, is probably most of us). As you can see on the screen shot the user interface is really simple and straightforward, exactly what you want in a simple business application. It’s stable and it does exactly what it says it does - it’s a great app that works very, very well. Highly recommended.

I have used this app quite a few times now. However, the last couple of times I have used it, there have been problems. I try to send a fax and sometimes the status doesn’t change from pending for a few days! I have sent the faxes again only to find out that the original faxes were received! This does not happen every time although the faxes were time sensitive documents and this is very frustrating! I emailed support and never received a reply! When this app works, it is great, but….. I just had it happen again and so I sent the documents again maybe they will receive them twice or….. The documents were sent to the same number as well (because you can only attach one file at a time) so I am not sure which one went through and had to send both of them again.

Cheaper than using an online fax service and works just as well.
