This app is soon convenient and coast effective. No fussing with a fax machine is a blessing! Documents are completed and sent right from my computer! Love it!!!

The fax machine is convenient.

I have used a couple of other online fax services. None of them compare, in my opinion, to FaxDocument. It is quick and very reliable.

not sure what feature is free except to download. Tried to fax something and it wanted me to buy credits for $20. I fa something maybe once every 3 years so no need for me to pay.

So easy to use and makes faxing documents or even cover pages a breeze!!!

Very easy to use and smooth program. Fax delivered within 5 minutes. Feedback to my email account as promised. Saved a lot of time. Wish I could receive faxes this easy.

super easy to use!

It’s been at least a couple of years that this application is not working for me. It used to. But then it stopped. I’ve found no way to make it send faxes internationally. When I emailed the support, they replied but gave me no good solutions. They basically said, it’s working fine, only you have a problem. They suggested I should try different devices. Well at the moment I have been unsuccesful on a Desktop, a Laptop, an iPad AND on their own website. I have already paid for a package. Unless they update the application and actually care about their customers, it’s just a WASTE OF MONEY. (Maybe it works for local faxes but I haven’t tried)

I will purchase and recommend this program again. I haven’t had (1) negative issue. Thank you so very much!

It’s the best price package I can find. No Customer Support.. I also wish there was a way to save a cover sheet instead of typing my Name, Fax #, Email Address every time. Lastly, I wish there was a way to store frequently used fax numbers

Easy to install and use. User friendly and easy to attach files. Easy as 1-2-3!

Sometimes you need to send it twice to get it there, but in the end it works great. Rates are great as well. They should change the program so you can save the cover sheet, but that is the only fly in the ointment.

I only need to fax rarely….. and when I do it needs to be quick. Used this app and it is wonderful…. Simple and straight to the point. Has worked just as I need and quickly goes through. Highly recommend this app.

Improvements in the functionality have made this a dream. Get it! Its definitely worth it. Makes faxing a breeze. Excellent APP! convenient for fast bussiness communication! Saved my time and energy getting important documents faxed and sends the email quickly with an easy to read confirmation to your email. wondering how I might be able to fax from my phone too! Have it on my comuper but imagine that from the phone is even better… Excellent app made even better based on recent fixes!

This has been so convienent to be able to fax from my Mac without tying up a land line. I do not need anything faxed to me but for the occasional user like myself, it has been great to be able to fax elsewhere when it is important. Thank you so much.

It’s not 1985 anymore, but some places still only take a fax. This app lets you fax straight from your computer in a simple and maneagble way. So whether you’re stuck in 1985 with an insurance company or are living like its the 21st century this app is for you.

I wish that there was a balance so that you know when to add to it. I have no idea how many faxes I have left. I do enjoy the app though

Works great every time

I love this application! It is very efficient as long as you have a scanner, you scan from anywhere in the world. I conduct a lot of business outside of the US and it makes it a cinch to Fax documents that are needed, right now!
